Hey Girl, we've missed you! 


We want to thank you for your continued support! We are excited to announce our Covid-19 re-opening plan for May 19, 2020. 

We are opening gradually and cautiously so please take a read before you dive back in. We’re implementing these policies in order to provide the safest environment possible for our staff & guests.  

Our Store hours have changed a bit, Monday - Saturday 11:00-5:00, with select days and times each week dedicated to curbside pick up & Private shopping appointments. Sundays & Holidays CLOSED to be with our families, to rest and to recover. (These days and times are subject to change from week to week as we work hard to meet all of our guest's needs!)  


First and foremost, you can’t come in if you’re sick!!! (that means fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, itchy eyes or ANY other signs of illness.. ) 

Ok, now that you're “in” what can you expect? 


  • First, please hand sanitize immediately upon entering, and continue to hand sanitize often while in store.  

  • We will allow 5 customers maximum in the store at one time, doors may be locked if/when occupancy has been reached. 

  • You don’t have to wear a mask, however it is appreciated. Staff will wear mask/gloves if requested. 

  • We are only utilizing 3 of our 5 change rooms to allow adequate 6 foot spacing between guests while changing. 

  • Change rooms will be sanitized after each use. 

  • We ask that you abide by the 6 foot rule while in store.   

  • Please keep surface touching to a minimal, please carry your belongings with you while browsing the store (purse, bags, wallet cell phone, keys, glasses etc)  

  • Kids toy bucket (AKA Mr. Potato head) Sorry, this just ain't happening. 

  • Ok here's the hard part, we ask that you keep the touching of merchandise to a minimum. When handling clothing we ask that you try to refrain from touching the hangers and racks as much as possible.

  • “Try ons”—we’re not going to be big meanies and have a strict maximum amount that we’ll allow you to try, but instead we ask that you be mindful of what you take into the change rooms as there is lot of time and care that goes into putting each tried on item back on “the floor”  

  • “The Rejects”—There is a high standing rack in front of the change rooms, any clothing you decide not to purchase please drape or hang on this rack. We will then steam clean each garment before placing it back out “on the floor” 

  • “The winners!”—Yay! You found some pieces that you LOVE! (we’re not surprised) The preferred method of payment is tap; however, we will be disinfecting the payment terminal after each non-tap use. We know that you love your new pieces, and so temporarily we will not be accepting returns. 

  • All in-store sales will be final. 

  • Private Shopping by appointment: We will continue to offer this stellar service!! Please call Caylea to book 604-230-9049 

  • Still not sure about being out in public? We will continue to offer Curbside Pick up! (Curbside pick up returns/exchanges will be accepted. 

  • We ask that returns come back in the same bag (garments being returned will stay in the paper bag for a minimum of 48 hours before being steamed cleaned and placed back “on the floor”)
